Second bedroom has a double bed with twin bunk above.   Need more room for your family? The downstairs apartment is equipped with bedroom, bathroom, dining area, and mini-kitchen, and sleeps 2.	Rates and Reservations: Main House Only  Three nights $450 Low Season - $525 High Season Week  $900 Low Season - $1050 High Season Month $3000 Low Season - $3400 High Season Main House Plus Apartment Three nights $600 Low Season - $700 High Season Week  $1200 Low Season - $1400 High Season Month $3800 Low Season - $4200 High Season Plus Hawaii State Taxes at current rate (11.42%) Low Season - May through November, except Holidays High Season - December through April, plus Thanksgiving, Ironman, and Major Holidays. Please note - we do not charge a cleaning fee. The home is fully cleaned prior to your arrival and after your leave at no additional cost to you. RESERVATIONS:  Booking will be held on $100 deposit and notification of  dates of arrival, departure, and how many people are in your party.  Once confirmation is made 50% of the rental is due 60 days ahead of arrival date and balance is due 30 days prior to  arrival. We accept Visa & Mastercard CANCELLATION: Your deposit is refundable (subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation notice is given 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.  No refunds of deposit or prepaid rent will be given if cancellation is less than 60 days of scheduled arrival date.  We will try and re-rent the house.  If we do you will get a refund.
