The home is fully cleaned prior to your arrival and after your leave at no additional cost to you. * We may be able to accomodate shorter stays as last-minute bookings based on availability. RESERVATIONS: Booking will be held on $100 deposit and notification of dates of arrival, departure, and how many people are in your party. Once confirmation is made 50% of the rental is due 60 days ahead of arrival date and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Availability

No refunds of deposit or prepaid rent will be given if cancellation is less than 60 days of scheduled arrival date. We will try and re-rent the house. If we do you will get a refund.
