My name is Doug and I am a vacation rental owner in Kona.  My homes cater to the independent traveler and non-resort experiences that are available.  However I also receive inquiries from people who want the closer proximity to the amenities that the resorts offer and I want to expand my business to include managing one or two properties in the South Kohala area.

The owner of the Ginger House, Linda, is a woman of high standards.  As a long distance homeowner she has appreciated my regular communication and profited from my efforts to keep her property in top shape.  Our contract authorizes me to make emergency repairs and general maintenance corrections to prevent minor problems from becoming major burdens later on.  By providing her with monthly bank statements, narratives and guest feedback she has grown very comfortable with the knowledge her home is in honest and ethical hands.  Linda is available as a reference, if you would like to speak with her one on one.
